Narrator Assessment Project

Thanksgiving dinner

First-Person Narration from Isiah’s Point of View
On Thanksgiving my aunt cooked this as she does every year. She cooks because my uncle has to work on Thanksgiving day. She woke up at 6 in the morning and started cooking. She finish everything by about 11. So we had thanksgiving lunch instead of dinner. My family was there like my little brother, mom, and dad, and of course my aunt and little cousin and my uncle was working. This Thanksgiving we had food such as turkey, of course green bean cassorole,  croissants, stuffing, vegetables, mashed potatoes and gravy, peppercorn sauce, and two pies. I had a good Thanksgiving. Then I came back to this place that some people call home.

Third-Person Narration Focused on Isiah
On Thanksgiving Isiah felt happy. He felt happy because he was going to be spending it with his family. He was happy because he was going to be off this dumb campus and have some good food for a change. He had a good time to be with his little brother and mom and dad that he haven’t been with in under 2 years. Isiah was all so happy to see his uncle aunt and cousin. But he sees them every weekend so it was not as exciting as seeing his parents and little brother. So over all Isiah had a good thanksgiving with his family and all the good food and just being with his family was the best part of it all.
