People seek revenge. People seek revenge because someone else might have done something bad to them. They victim seeks revenge because they want to get even. Some people believe in getting even, or "eye for an eye." In addition, some seek revenge becuase they have been humiliated. As result, they humiliate them back. An example of revenge can be a family member that was killed, and they want to get revenge. Girls and guys might seek revenge after a break up. For example, in the song by Carrie Underwood, the girl destroys her ex-boyfriend's car with a baseball bat. Revenge can tear apart families and cause people to act selfish.
